Every diagnostic includes an interactive discussion about the findings. This is the time for you to evaluate if we are the right ones to help you, and for us to determine if we can make a difference in your business. If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then we’ll have a conversation about a plan to increase your leads and sales. Then we’ll prepare a proposal based on that conversation. We never issue proposals before diagnosing. It’s just not right.

Do you want greater returns out of your digital marketing? Then you want to go for the 24 Hour Strategy. Choose the diagnostic appropriate for what you’re trying to accomplish. Just want to kick the tires? Start small and see what happens.
Webpage Capability Diagnostic – Do you have a single page that you think could convert more visitors to leads or customers? This is a good place to start.
Website Usability Diagnostic – You’ve got some issues on your website that are holding you back. How do we know? You wouldn’t be here if all was well! You will see with your own eyes as users try to complete tasks on your website and the trouble they have accomplishing the tasks. Every website is about task completion – otherwise your website is just a piece of art. Trying to persuade someone inside your company? There’s nothing more powerful than a video of users struggling. It removes internal hurdles in seconds.
The 24 Hour Strategy – Give us 24 hours of your time and we’ll jointly lay the groundwork for the next year of your marketing. It begins at 11:00 AM on Day 1 and completes at 11:30 AM on Day 2. (Yes, you get to sleep at night – we’re not the Marines). This WILL change your business. In fact, you have no financial obligation until 3 hours and 45 minutes when we ask a simple question. Are we the ones to change your business? If the answer is no, then we’ve added no value, and we move on. We’re confident the answer will be yes. If so, then you hand us a check and we keep working. Your part concludes after 24 hours. But our part continues for a few weeks as we fill in the details of the plan. Then we’ll sit down and talk about an action plan for your business.
